the staff to meet the ever increasing challenges.

- To empower the community through legal orientation
- To capacitate the staff at various levels
The fundamental resource base of any activity
is the human resource. Therefore, VSSS invests its major part
of attention and resources for the capacity building of its
staff and the leaders at various levels, organizations and
institutions. Training is the core activity in capacity building.
In fact this process of capacity building has enabled to reach
unto the level of social movements and to lead to social transformation.
Introducing professionalism in planning, implementation, monitoring
and evaluation were our major concern. The Organizational
Development Programme initiated has helped us to move forward
in this line. Redesigning of departments and assigning roles
and responsibilities were a major step in this regard
